Is there a path to ownership?
Yes there is!
All Goldfingers restaurants are owned by either the corporate office or a franchisee. Franchisees invest their own money and time to open up a restaurant. We provide the know-how and framework. A franchisee pays Goldfingers corporate office a franchise fee and a on going royalty fee, but, any other profit they keep.
An ideal franchisee not only has restaurant experience, but has values and ideals that line up with our spoken purpose as a company. If you work with us, it means you already are taking the right steps. So, yes, you can own a Goldfingers by becoming a franchisee. See the FAQ section below for more information.
FAQs
What is the first step to Franchising?
Experience. We require our franchisees to have a proven track record of success running, managing, and leading a restaurant. Five years of successful leadership, the right way, is the magic number. If your five years of experience is within a Goldfingers restaurant chain, a letter of recommendation goes a long way.
I have experience. What next?
Our values need to be aligned. Do you disagree with any of our core principles? Do you have a church family? Are you passionate about our purpose? We want every Goldfingers restaurant to share in the core purpose.
I have experience. I agree with Goldfingers’ values. Now what?
If you have 5 years of restaurant leadership experience with a proven track record of success, your values are aligned with ours, and you want to own a Goldfingers…come talk to us! We would love to have a conversation. Email us at hq@trygoldfingers.com
Is there a cap on how many franchisees you can have?
There is not a cap, but every person that wants to franchise will not be given the opportunity. We vet out interested individuals heavily. Several factors can hinder an otherwise perfect candidate. For example, inability to find a solid location for a Goldfingers is a frequent issue.
