Retake
  • 1) In Person, after placing an order: After the “Would you like a receipt?” question appears on their screen, a second screen will appear asking if they want to enter their phone number to create a rewards account. After entering their phone number, a link will be sent to their phone with their rewards account information.

    2) Mobile Ordering, after placing an order: Similar to the in-person ordering process, when a customer finishes an online order using the app or website, they will be asked if they would like to enter their phone number to create an account. After entering their phone number, a link will be sent to their phone with their rewards account information.

    3) Website or App: Customers can download the GF App or go to trygoldfingers.com and select “sign in”. There they will be prompted to enter a phone number. After entering their phone number and creating their account, a link will be sent to their phone with their rewards account information.

  • 1) In Person: For in-person customers, they can open their GF app on their phone and navigate to the QR code. This QR code can then be shown to the camera on the guest facing display. If this option is not available, cashiers can select “Lookup Customer” on the cash register. From their they can enter in the customer’s rewards account number.

    2) App or website order customers: Once a customer has accrued enough points to use on a reward (such as $5 off a 50-nugget meal), the customer will be prompted at the point of payment and asked “do you want to use your rewards or save them?”.

  • That’s easy! The more Goldfingers you eat, the more points you get. The more points you get, the more rewards you get. The exact value and rate at which rewards are earned is subject to change, but that is the big picture.
