What We Need From You

Clear Availability

When you were interviewed, you were asked “What days and times can you work?” The hiring manager is going to schedule you based on that information. Make sure that answer was clear and honest.

Humble Attitude

Whether you have worked in the food industry for 40 years or this is your first job, we want every employee to have a humble attitude. There’s always more to learn. Be the hardest worker in the room and stay coachable.

Training Completion

This includes completion of the training courses on this website that apply to you, as well as completion of your 90-Day Probationary Period. The “Handbook Walkthrough” applies to everybody, and is a great place to start.

There are several training courses to view, but not all of them apply to your role.
